Returns and exchanges

 

I do not accept returns unless goods have been grossly mis-represented. Returns are NOT accepted if garments do not fit or if the buyer simply changes their mind.

 I work very hard on my descriptions and I aim to be as accurate as possible. If there are any problems with your order please do contact me.

 

Layaway and payment plans

 

I am more than happy to offer layaway. 25% deposit is expected to reserve your item (or items!). You can make as many payments as you like, but the full balance is expected within 1 calendar month.

 

Condition

 

As many of the garments I sell are over 50 years old they will generally have been worn, loved and show some signs of age. I always work hard to accurately describe any issues present with garments I sell and offer photographs of flaws. If these are not clear enough, please contact me. Please always make sure to read the full description of garments and look at all pictures before making a purchase.

Please note that vintage items can be fragile and handle your garments with care. I will not accept returns or refunds for zips, fasteners or seams that have been broken by the buyer if it was fully working when sent it out. I can also not accept returns/refunds for garments damaged by a buyer through cleaning.

Where possible I will clean garments before listing them, if this has not been possible it will always be made clear in the listing.

Sizing

 

Please note, my mannequin is very small! Almost all garments are pinned to the mannequin for photographs. Please go by the measurements for an accurate guide of the size of the garment.

 

Styling

 

Full skirted garments are styled with petticoats underneath, these are not included in the sale.

 

Accessories (such as jewellery, scarves and non-matching belts) are not included in the sale unless otherwise stated.

Colour

 

Photographs may be lightened/ darkened to try and show garments to their best advantage, I will always try and mention if the colour in the pictures is not quite right.

Colours may differ slightly depending on your computer & monitor settings and natural/studio lighting. I do not offer refunds for slight colour differences.

 

Allergy information

 

I do have a cat. She is not allowed near the stock, but I want to be totally transparent. My home is smoke fee.
