Very special piece- I wore this for my 21st birthday and bought this at the amazing vintage shop Mela Mela, which used to be one of my absolute favourites. Deserving of another party!

Fits me well as a UK 6 although the bust is roomy!
Condition
Fair to good. A few of the ruffles are loose and need stitching back in place. Some minor breaks present and may benefit a clear prior to wear as it has been in storage for over ten years!
